DENR CENTRAL LUZON NAMED 4TH BEST PERFORMING REGION IN LAND ADMINISTRATION, MANAGEMENT. The Land Management Bureau (LMB) recognized the Department of Environment and Natural Resources (DENR) here as among the top performing regions in the country in the implementation of the government’s land administration and management program.

The DENR here ranked fourth for its overall performance in issuing residential, agricultural and special patents, rapid land tenure appraisal, and utilization of the Inspection, Verification and Approval of Surveys (IVAS) system.

DENR Regional Executive Director Paquito Moreno, Jr. and Licenses, Patents and Deeds Division Chief Ricky Hernandez received the plaque of recognition from LMB, during the culminating activity of the 121st Lands Anniversary.

LMB likewise conferred an award to DENR offices in National Capital Region (5th place); Region 1 (3rd place); Region 10 (2nd place); and Cordillera Administrative Region (1st place).

The executive director expressed his gratitude to the hardworking men and women of DENR Region 3 for their dedication and commitment to serve the public which has brought this milestone to the office. (-30-)
