ISO CERTIFICATION GRANTED TO DENR C. LUZON. The Department of Environment and Natural Resources (DENR) here has received its International Organization for Standardization (ISO) certification for public administration activities in the field of conservation, management, development and proper use of the country’s environment and natural resources.

 

DENR Regional Executive Director Paquito Moreno, Jr. said the ISO 9001: 2015 certification marks the organization’s commitment to continuously advance public service delivery for the people of Central Luzon.

 

ISO 9001:2015 provides international standards to aid organizations in improving processes and services. It covers seven key areas that include context of the organization, leadership, planning, support, operation, performance evaluation, and improvement.

 

This certification issued by SOCOTEC Certification Philippines, Inc. Operations Director Gilmore Rivera is valid until March 27, 2025.

 

It covers the regional office of the DENR, as well as its provincial and community offices. (-30-)
