PARTNERSHIPS FOR ONE RESILIENT BATAAN. The Department of Environment and Natural Resources (DENR) led by Secretary Antonia Loyzaga (center) recently launched the Luzon edition of Project TRANSFORM in Bataan with the municipalities of Limay, Mariveles, and Orion as pilot sites, in recognition of the province’s resilience initiatives.
 
Project TRANSFORM, which stands for Transdisciplinary Approach for Resilient and Sustainable Communities, is the DENR’s approach to implementing programs to alleviate poverty, enhance community resilience, and promote a more robust public-private partnership in local and provincial levels.
