Department of Environment and Natural Resources (DENR) Secretary Ramon J. P, Paje (left) presents the three-year agreement for the implementation of the Forest and Climate (FORCLIM) Protection Panay Phase II  to further boost biodiversity protection efforts in Panay Island  through a grant fund of   4-million euro from THE government of Germany through GIZ.
