Regional Executive Director Ralph Pablo underscored the importance of gender equality in environmental decision-making processes and the need to amplify women's voices in shaping environmental policies and initiatives.

β€œWomen are at the forefront of environmental conservation efforts, demonstrating leadership, resilience, and innovation in safeguarding our natural resources. As we celebrate Women's International Day, let us reaffirm our commitment to empowering women in environmental governance and ensuring their meaningful participation in shaping a more sustainable future," Pablo said.

During the fair, women employees enjoyed free services, including massage, haircut, hair color and treatment, manicure, and pedicure.
